Steve was really attentive and listened to what I wanted for my haircut. He took a lot of time and effort to get it right. Steve was friendly and welcoming, I really like my cut and my hair smells lovely all day from the products. I will definitely be going back

My 5th or 6th time visiting Parkway salon and I have always had a brilliant experience. Just a cut this time, and I'm really pleased with it. Steve is a genuine professional who listens carefully, takes time to get to know your hair, provides recommendations and always checks you are happy. Quality products, high quality cut, and a lovely atmosphere (complete with cup of tea!). Also had colour twice - very professional finish, subtle/natural as I asked for but a really flattering effect.

The salon was lovely. It was my first visit and Steven was so friendly and helpful, he really put me at ease and I immediately knew I could trust him to do a great job with my hair. He is really knowledgeable and listened to what I would like and offered his own expert advice so my rather neglected hair was looking wonderful by the time I left!!! My hair was in poor condition when I went in and not only did Steven sort out my colour, cover my greys and give an excellent cut, he also knew which specialist products to use to give my brittle hair its shine and strength back. Absolutely amazing results. Better than I ever imagined!! The Parkway is very easy to get to, plenty of parking, and in a lovely setting - I had a lovely relaxing coffee and magazines in the brasserie before my appointment. A lovely experience and I’ll certainly be back: I’ve found my new hairdresser!!

I went to Steven following a hair disaster involving months use of MicroRing Bond extensions from a different salon. I was nearly in tears at the state that my hair was left in. I explained the situation to Steven and he could see that he was upset. From the get go, Steven made me feel comfortable and was extremely positive to make me feel better in myself and how I can improve my hair. The treatment itself was relaxing and professional but also very personal and chatty. He listened to what I wanted and advised well on how I can achieve it. The aftercare as well was great, he advised me on what to do to improve the condition of my hair and recommended various products without trying to sell me anything (something that I really appreciated because I've been to salons before where they have clearly only recommended a product for their personal gain, rather than for your welfare.) Overall I had a great experience. The treatment was relaxing, the cut was great and the atmosphere was uplifting

Wow what a lovely welcoming Salon, Steve is so friendly and gives great advice. His knowledge of Hair types, styles is outstanding, I went from long hair (which needed a good chop) to an amazing long bob, I love it! Steve waa brilliant and I will be returning again.
